1. 100% Digital Electronic Delivery

All publications offered on NYRIXA LEARNING (including the flagship publication FREELANCING STARTER BLUEPRINT – 2027 EDITION, priced at ₹99) are purely digital products. We do not manufacture, package, or dispatch physical paperback or hardcover books. Consequently, there are zero shipping fees, courier handling charges, or physical transit delays associated with your purchase.

2. Electronic Delivery Process

When you complete a transaction through our authorized payment gateway, your electronic deliverable is granted through a two-step fulfillment workflow:

STEP 01: ON-SCREEN DOWNLOAD DASHBOARD

Immediate Post-Payment Screen Redirection

Once your payment is authorized and confirmed by the payment aggregator, your browser is redirected to a protected personal download page (https://learn.d6mediastudio.in/download?token=...). You can click the "DOWNLOAD E-BOOK (PDF)" button to save the 78-page master PDF deliverable immediately to your device.

STEP 02: EMAIL BACKUP TRANSMISSION

Automated Purchase Receipt & Secure Link Delivery

Simultaneously, our automated transaction system generates and dispatches a confirmation email to the email address provided during checkout. This email includes your official order summary, transaction ID, and a secure access link valid for 72 hours.

3. Delivery Timeframes & Performance Transparency

Standard Electronic Delivery Window:
Under normal operating conditions, electronic delivery is processed within 5 to 15 minutes of payment gateway transaction confirmation. In occasional cases of inter-bank server latency, manual fraud review by payment aggregators, or transactional email queuing, delivery may take up to 2 hours.

4. Instructions for Delayed or Failed Delivery

If you completed a payment and have not received your download access within 30 minutes, please follow these simple recovery steps:

Check Spam and Promotional Folders: Automated delivery emails can occasionally be filtered by Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo spam filters. Search for emails from learn@d6mediastudio.in or with the subject "Your Download Access: FREELANCING STARTER BLUEPRINT".
Use the Automated Self-Service Portal: Visit our dedicated /my-purchases page. Simply enter the email address used during checkout, and our server will immediately regenerate and dispatch a fresh download token to your inbox.
Verify Bank Debit Status: Verify with your bank or UPI application that the funds were actually debited and not held in a pending or failed state.
Contact Dedicated Order Support: If you still cannot access your e-book after 1 hour, email us directly at support@d6mediastudio.in with your name, purchase email, and bank reference/order ID. Our support team will manually transmit your file within 24 business hours.
