2. Nature of Digital Product & Commercial Terms

3. Permitted Personal Use & License Grant

Upon verified payment of the purchase price, NYRIXA Learning grants you a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal license to download, store, and view the publication on your personal devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, e-readers) for your individual education and skill development.

Strict License Restrictions: You shall NOT:

Resell, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the publication or its enclosed templates.
Upload or share the PDF file on any public cloud drive (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox), file-sharing site, torrent tracker, Discord server, WhatsApp group, or Telegram channel.
Decompile, reverse-engineer, alter, or remove any copyright notices, watermarks, or publication metadata from the PDF.
Claim original authorship or copyright ownership over any frameworks, rate charts, or strategies contained within.

4. Customer Purchase Responsibilities

When placing an order, you agree to supply a valid, accurate, and accessible email address. Because our automated delivery tokens are transmitted to the email provided, NYRIXA Learning is not liable for delayed access caused by typos, inactive inboxes, or restrictive email firewalls. Customers may utilize the self-service /my-purchases portal or contact support to rectify delivery addresses.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The NYRIXA mark, NYRIXA LEARNING brand, cover artwork, graphic layouts, editorial texts, diagrams, worksheets, proposal templates, and the complete contents of the Freelancing Starter Blueprint are the proprietary intellectual property of D6 Media Studio, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 of India and international treaties. Any unauthorized commercial reproduction or redistribution will be subject to immediate legal action and statutory damage claims.
